The benchmark for our work

Every successful communication strategy is based on a strong brand identity. And our philosophy is just as important for our work. It is the benchmark for our daily activities. Hartinger Consulting stands for togetherness, effectiveness and vision. How do we know that this works? Well, this philosophy has proven itself for over 35 years now.

We don't do things by halves. All or nothing, in the sense of: We work on every project until we ourselves are 110 percent satisfied with it. That's how we make sure that the customer is, too. And our experience helps us to be good at it.

Read between the lines? We can. Whether it's about our customers or the target group we want to reach through our communication measures: We invest time and interest in our counterparts in order to recognize contexts and understand motivations. For us, this is the key to long-term customer relationships and successful campaigns.

We like clarity and get to the point. Straightforward and without beating around the bush. That's why we cut out empty talk and complicated processes - both within our team and in our collaboration with our customers. Instead, we take the path that takes us from A to B. It's that simple.

Full service is a myth. We think that in times of digital speed and always-on mentality, no agency can do everything anymore. And we don't want to. We much prefer to use the power of cooperation. Hartinger Consulting has shaped the Styrian agency scene and has long since become an industry fixed star. And in the meantime, the radiance of our work extends far beyond the country's borders.

How we work

Our agency life is as colorful as we are

Although our corporate color is red, seeing red is not part of our everyday work. Hartinger Consulting is rather a colorful bunch of creatives, strategists, designers and thinkers who are bubbling over with ideas. By the way: We are always open for good ideas – no matter if they come from the intern or the boss. Everyone sits at the table. This not only ensures flat hierarchies, but also that we always find the best ideas for our projects.

Flexible
When you start in the morning is up to you. Lunch breaks also last as long as you need. In addition, you decide individually which hour model suits your lifestyle. 6-hour day or 3-day week? The important thing is that you feel comfortable.

Possibility to
These days, it really doesn't matter where you sit as long as we work together as a team. So whether you choose our office space with plenty of retreat options, a shady spot in our garden landscape or your desk in the home office as your workplace is entirely up to you from day to day.

International
As part of Community International, we are in lively exchange with 33 international partner agencies about trends and developments in the industry, from which you also benefit. And several times a year we meet to work together on international projects.

Possibility for
One-sidedness is a foreign word at Hartinger. For us, colorful tasks and a colorful customer landscape go hand in hand. That's why we see every challenge as an opportunity to learn something new. And further training in the form of seminars, courses and conferences is desired and encouraged by us.

Lunch
Support, motivation and fun are as much a part of our work as our daily cups of coffee. And we also like to spend time together outside of working hours. From joint fitness sessions, after-work drinks to joint breaks - if you like, you'll be there everywhere.

Chair
Exciting projects are followed by relaxing chair massages. For this, a masseur comes to our house every two weeks. This is also our secret why we always look so relaxed despite all the work and great projects. Just let go!
